Chu village noodles in Vietnamese cuisine

The main ingredient to make Chu rice noodles in Vietnamese cuisine that is both flexible and delicious is rice, but not ordinary rice that is widely grown in other localities, Chu rice noodles are only made by bao thai pink rice. This is the only type of rice grown only in Chu hill, Nam Duong commune. Bao Thai Hong rice is special in that the rice is grown in the hilly land of Chu, however, the rice grain is very firm, large, when cooked it is very fragrant, flexible and the rice grain is very white. Perhaps because it is made from such special rice grains, Chu noodles in Vietnamese cuisine have a very unique and unforgettable taste.
