Cha Ca La Vong

La Vong grilled fish is a long-standing traditional dish of Vietnamese cuisine of the capital, made according to the esoteric recipe of the Doan family in the old town.

The main ingredient of the dish in Vietnamese cuisine is salmon, when processing fish cakes, it is very suitable because the fish meat is soft and naturally fatty. Thanks to that, when combined with vermicelli and vegetables, the fish flavor will be accentuated.
